◎ Applications: High-pressure ball valves are widely used in the oil and gas, coal chemical, electric power, hydraulic equipment, experimental testing and other industries. They are the core components for safe, efficient and long-life operation in key systems.
When it comes to handling brutal working conditions, Naishi's high-pressure 3-piece ball valves are built like tanks. Instead of risky castings, we start with solid forgings to guarantee zero porosity and maximum material density. The real magic, however, is in how we treat the ball and seat. We coat them using a heavy-duty mix of supersonic thermal spraying, nickel-based spray welding, tungsten carbide cladding, and even ultra-hard ceramics. This pushes the surface hardness way past HRC 60—sometimes topping out at HRC 74. With a bond strength scaling over 10,000 PSI, this sealing face won't flake or wear down, even when screaming-hot media hits temperatures between 540°C and 980°C.
A Seat That Seals Both Ways: The floating seat relies on heavy-duty springs and embedded seals. Whether you are dealing with a massive pressure drop or almost zero pressure, it holds tight. Plus, it automatically bleeds off excess cavity pressure. Single-seat versions do this naturally, while double-seat setups come with a dedicated relief valve welded right onto the body.
Emergency Backup Injection: If abrasive line media eventually chews through the primary seal, you aren't left stranded. The auxiliary sealant system lets you pump in emergency sealant or lubricant on the fly to keep things tight until the next scheduled maintenance.
No Sparks, No Fires: Moving metal parts build up static, which is a massive hazard in explosive zones. Our built-in anti-static grounding springs keep everything discharged. And if a worst-case fire breaks out, destroying the soft seals, the spring-loaded metal seat instantly snaps forward against the ball to stop the leak. This fire-safe design is fully certified to API 607 and BS 755.
Bore Options & Utility Add-ons: You can grab these in full-bore (matching your pipe's ID perfectly for easy pigging runs) or reduced-bore to save weight and budget. For underground lines, we offer custom-length stem extensions that bring the grease nipples and drain valves right up to ground level. You can also opt for a body drain valve to safely blow down the valve cavity when the line is shut.
