Naishi butt-welding forged steel ball valves are built tough for reliable performance in demanding conditions. They use single-inclined or V-groove resilient seats that keep a solid seal across a wide pressure range. At low pressure the smaller contact area creates high sealing force; when the pressure rises the contact area grows so the seat can take the extra load without getting damaged. PTFE and other self-lubricating materials cut friction and help the valve last longer.
Key points:
- Lip-type resilient seats give tight shut-off, low friction and lighter operating torque.
- The stem is bottom-mounted and blowout-proof, so it stays sealed even in a fire.
- Fire-safe and anti-static features make these soft-seated valves suitable for critical service.
- Flat-head stem design means the handle clearly shows whether the valve is open or closed.
- Locking holes at the full-open and full-closed positions stop accidental movement.
- Compact, light and easy to maintain, with smooth flow, low resistance and quiet operation.
These floating ball valves come in both full-bore and reduced-bore versions. They meet API 608, API 6D, BS 5351 and ASME B16.34. Body, bonnet and trim materials can be chosen to match almost any service condition.
