The Naishi balancing valve is a new type of valve that combines all the functions of a standard ball valve with added flow regulation capabilities. It solves the problem of traditional ball valves not being adjustable and improves on the limitations of flange-type balancing valves, such as poor insulation, large installation space, inaccurate scales, and leakage from adjustment rods.
This valve connects directly to pipelines by welding, saving materials like flanges, gaskets, and bolts. It is compact, lightweight, easy to install, and insulation-friendly.
Features:
Fully welded body for zero external leakage.
PTFE seat with spring compensation ensures tight sealing under pressure/temperature changes.
Multi-layer stem sealing design for long-term leak-free operation (10,000+ cycles).
Compact and lightweight for easier installation and better insulation.
Lockable anti-tamper mechanism with special spanner for secure adjustment.
Adjustable opening scale with W-shaped flow control port for equal percentage curve.
High-temperature-resistant materials allow continuous use from -20°C to +200°C.
Multiple connection options available (customizable).
Optional intelligent control: can be equipped with smart differential pressure flow meter for remote control and hydraulic balance adjustment.
Maintenance-free, zero leakage, low operating cost — a reliable replacement for traditional static balancing valves.
