◎ Applications: High-pressure ball valves are widely used in the oil and gas, coal chemical, electric power, hydraulic equipment, experimental testing and other industries. They are the core components for safe, efficient and long-life operation in key systems.
Naishi high pressure 3pcs ball valve uses forging technology to improve density, hardening technology for the ball and valve seat, including supersonic spraying, nickel-based spray welding, special surface hardening, carbide spray welding, and the use of high-strength and high-hardness ceramic materials. The surface hardness of the ball and valve seat can generally reach HRC60 or above, and the hardness can reach HRC74 or above. The sealing surface material can withstand temperatures of up to 540℃ and up to 980℃. The bonding strength of the material can reach more than 10,000PSI, and the sealing surface material also has good wear resistance and impact resistance. Metal hard seal ball valves can be used in most harsh working conditions.
Structural Features
1. Bidirectional Sealing Seat
Spring-loaded floating seat with embedded seal material ensures tight sealing under both high and low pressure differentials, with automatic cavity pressure relief.
2. Automatic Pressure Relief
Single-seat valves relieve pressure automatically. Double-seat valves are equipped with an additional relief device on the body.
3. Emergency Sealant Injection
Auxiliary sealing system allows emergency sealant injection and flushing/lubrication when the main seal is damaged.
4. Anti-Static Device
Prevents spark generation by discharging static electricity between the ball and seat during operation.
5. Fire-Safe Design
In case of fire, spring-loaded metal seat maintains sealing even after soft seals are burnt. Compliant with API 607, JB/T 6899, BS 755.
6. Full-Bore & Reduced-Bore Options
Full-bore valves match pipeline ID for easy pigging; reduced-bore valves offer lighter weight and lower flow resistance.
7. Body Drain Device
Optional drain valve allows pressure relief and media discharge from valve cavity when both ends are closed.
8.Extended Stem (Optional)
For buried service, an extended stem assembly with grease and drain valves is available, customizable in height.
