Key Features of Metal Seat Ball Valve :

• Advanced Hard-Facing Technology – Ball and seat are overlaid with hard alloys (such as Stellite, tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, etc.) through HVOF or PTA welding, ensuring high wear and corrosion resistance.
• Reliable Metal-to-Metal Sealing – Ensures zero leakage under high temperature and pressure. Seats are spring-loaded to maintain tight contact with the ball during pressure fluctuations or thermal expansion.
