Naishi forged steel floating ball valves are made to last and work safely under tough conditions. They rely on single-inclined or V-groove resilient seats that keep a dependable seal whether the pressure is low or high. When the pressure is low the contact area is smaller, so the sealing force goes up. As pressure climbs the contact area expands and the seat can handle the extra force without getting damaged. PTFE and other self-lubricating materials cut down friction and help the valve last longer in service.

- Lip-type resilient seats give a tight seal, keep friction low, and make the valve easier to turn.
- The stem sits at the bottom and is blowout-proof, so it stays sealed even if there's a fire.
